It was great fun to be with on the radio and cook yesterday. Here are some pictures from ”behind the scenes”. I practically took over their kitchen counter with everything I had with me. Potatoes, tomatoes, coconut water, clementines, yes it was really a glorious mess 😉
Anneli Koskinen were flying reporter you could say, she was with me in the kitchen while I was cooking and asked both tricky and fun questions. Between sessions when we were on the air, I prepared for the next part and Anneli tweaked the technology. Broadcasting radio seems to be a bit trick, so many cords and gadgets that should work, simultaneously!
Nice to have such a professional reporter who was calm and collected even if there was a lot to keep track of.
After nearly 3 hours of cooking, it wasn’t just my legs that wanted to have a rest but my stomach started getting really hungry! Luckily, I’ve made a lot of food and both the taste tasters and I could eat as much as we wanted.

3 hours of cooking! Wow. I wish I could have been there to taste it too. And listened to the show. Everything looks so yummy!
Yes it was a challenge, I usually don’t cook for so long at once. But it was fun! Thanks I think you would have loved it 🙂
