Happy summer everyone! Kick off this long weekend with a really lovely green smoothie you will keep your energy up all day.
* Green Midsummer smoothie *
1 cup pineapple
1 kiwi (peeled)
1 small handful spinach (preferably home grown!)
1 cup vegetable-based milk
4 inches cucumber
A little sunflower seeds and goji berries for topping
Mix everything except the topping in a blender until it is a smooth smoothie. You can add half of an avocado if you want a creamier smoothie.
