Tofu is great to use in many different dishes and especially in woks. In this case, the tofu have a more prominent place, as there aren’t so many other vegetables in the pan. Despite this, the wok is full of flavor and fragrance.
This dish is also easy to make and won’t take long time to do. Perfect to make when you get home from work or school!
1 package of tofu (about 400grams)
4 stalks black cabbage
3 sun-dried tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato puree
Chop the onion and fry in a pan. Cut the tofu into cubes and put in the pan. Rinse the black cabbage carefully and rip of the leaves from the stems. Chop into fine slices and add to the pan. Add the olives, sundried tomatoes and tomato puree and saute together for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Here served with zucchini pasta and lightly steamed broccoli.
