It’s very easy when we talk about health, just focus on the food and what it does in the body. And it is important , the food affects everything and is the biggest factor that we ourselves can do something about. BUT it does not mean that other areas such as exercise, rest, faith, air, or the sunshine dosen’t matter.
I think Kris Carr describes it so well in the below video, you need to schedule time for both rest and exercise. She received these recommendations from her Doctor (she is a cancer patient). But should it really go that far, can’t we just listen to our body and determine for themselves when and how to exercise and rest?
Exercise and rest are two major elements that affects how we feel and I think both need to be exercised on a daily basis to have as much power as possible. Maybe it’s time to bring out your calendar and mark out when you’re going to go out and run, work out, be at the gym, or go for a swim and even mark one day a week for rest and mental recovery.
