When you want to eat a little healthier, it might be helpful to plan your meals with a little extra care. This (free) meal planner can be handy, here you day by day fill in what you plan to eat and even if you’re going to use leftovers lunch.

Is there anything special you need to buy or remember, write it down while you remember it on the meal planner so you will be reminded every time you see it. Just so you remember to use it, I suggest that you put it in some place where you can clearly see it. An example is on the refrigerator door. Then you can also take the opportunity to write down to buy broccoli on it if can’t find any in the fridge :)
